ERX11466237: Illumina MiSeq paired end sequencing
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina MiSeq) run: 1.6M spots, 489.3M bases, 165.4Mb downloads

Submitted by: James Hutton Institute
Study: E. coli isolates from the Tarland catchment, Scotland
show Abstracthide Abstract
The aim of the project was to build a library of E.coli isolates which could be used to better understand transfer from sources to water via land, and transfer of antimicrobial resistance genes in an agricultural environment. Nearly 500 isolates were sequenced from an agricultural sub-catchment (the Tarland Burn is a tributary of the River Dee in North East Scotland), with metadata including sample source (soil, cow pat, river water, etc).
